1. About AanTafel

AanTafel is an app that uses AI to compose personal weekly menus, recipes and shopping lists based on your preferences. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Your account is personal and non-transferable. We may terminate an account in case of misuse of the service.

3. Free and Pro

AanTafel offers a free plan with limitations (such as one weekly menu per week) and a Pro subscription of €2.99 per month with unlimited weekly menus, dish regeneration and live supermarket prices. Payments are processed via Mollie. The subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time; after cancellation, Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Price changes are announced by email at least one month in advance.

4. Right of withdrawal

The Pro subscription is a digital service that starts immediately after payment. Want to cancel within 14 days of your first payment after all? Email info@aantafel.app and we will refund the amount.

5. Recipes, allergies and prices

Recipes and nutritional information are generated by AI and may contain errors. If you have allergies, are pregnant or have other medical reasons, always check product labels and ingredients yourself — the app is a tool, not a substitute for medical or dietary advice. Supermarket prices and deals are indicative and may differ from actual in-store prices.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep AanTafel working well and without interruption, but the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Changes

We may modify the app and these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. If you continue using the app afterwards, the new terms apply.
